Isaac Lewis, a Sydney-based artist manager and music industry professional, has honed his craft over 5 years, cultivating both his personal skill set and a roster of talented artists. Originating from the music-starved town of Camden, on Western Sydney’s outskirts, Isaac immersed himself in organising live music events and parties, later expanding these endeavours into Sydney during the global pandemic.

In 2019, Isaac took on the management of Jack Nigro, then a prominent producer at The Grove Studios. Under Isaac’s guidance, Jack’s work soared onto the ARIA Charts, Hottest 100s, and earned ARIA Awards, culminating in the establishment of Sonora Studios, Jack’s own recording haven back in his hometown.

Transitioning from an internship to a role at Grow Yourself Up alongside Greg Carey, Isaac’s management prowess flourished. Working across a diverse roster including The Rubens, Mia Wray, Urthboy, Didirri, and producers Rob Amoruso and Pip Norman, Isaac proved his mettle.

At Ripple Effect, Isaac’s tenure has seen the meteoric rise of indie four-piece, Rum Jungle, from fledgling interstate performers to headline acts across AU/NZ and Europe. Achievements abound, with a sold-out tour, high chart placements, and coveted festival appearances, including Splendour In The Grass.
Isaac’s recent focus has been as day-to-day manager for The Rubens, Didirri, Urthboy, and Mia Wray, orchestrating successful tour and release marketing strategies. Additionally, he’s revived a monthly forum for young managers in Sydney, fostering a supportive environment for industry discourse and artist advocacy.
