Liam Prost is a music industry multitasker, working simultaneously as Programming Manager for the BreakOut West festival and conference with the Western Canadian Music Alliance and as an independent artist manager with his boutique management company Tamarack Records. Liam is also a co-founder of the songwriting society Pre-Death, Pro-Fame which programs sessions and offers resources for developing songwriters. Liam specializes in teambuilding, strategy, and content creation as a photographer, videographer, and a writer.
Tamarack Records is a boutique artist management company based in western Canada founded by Liam Prost in 2021. With community at the centre, Tamarack Records offers consulting and strategic planning for independent artists to help them develop projects and careers on their own terms in their own cities. Their management roster includes indie-folk sad-boy St.Arnaud,art-pop weirdo Astral Swans and garage-pop nostalgists Thomas Thomas.
