Elina is the Participation and Programme Coordinator, overseeing both the Academy and the Community Programmes. Since graduating with a degree in Popular and Commercial music, she has shaped her career as a singer and has been working with Welsh Artists as a creative director. Elina is passionate about delivering youth projects to empower young marginalised talent to find their place in the creative arts.
