Chris Wynters is VP Artist Management at Six Shooter Records where he heads up the management teams for Canadian bluegrass road warriors, The Dead South, and Toronto-based pagan-punk-poet, NYSSA. Previously, Chris served as the Executive Director of Alberta Music (2012-2017). He has much experience in the music business as a songwriter, producer, studio owner, and as a road-weathered touring musician from over 30 years of fronting Captain Tractor, one of Alberta, Canada’s most successful independent bands ever. He has served on numerous music industry boards including FACTOR’s National Advisory Board, the Western Canadian Music Alliance, Canadian Council of Music Industry Associations, and the Unison Benevolent Fund.
